10:59 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Endúr's (ENDUR.OL) Repstad Anlegg closed its acquisition of marine contractor Boston AS, according to a Wednesday release. The Scandinavian contractor in June agreed to purchase Boston for an enterprise value of 20 million Norwegian kroner, to be partially settled through 3 million kroner of seller's credit and 3 million kroner of Endúr shares.
