The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on Wednesday granted 510(k) clearance for TriSalus Life Sciences Inc.’s (NASDAQ:TLSI) TriNav Advance, the newest addition to its Pressure-Enabled Drug Delivery (PEDD) portfolio.

TLSI Stock Slides After FDA Clearance For TriNav Advance

TriSalus said the FDA clearance for TriNav Advance positions it as an expansion of its pressure-enabled infusion platform used in interventional oncology procedures.

TriNav Advance expands TriSalus’ portfolio of PEDD devices, adding access to small, distal vessels via a compatible delivery microcatheter.

Interventional radiologists can now pair TriNav Advance with a compatible microcatheter of their choice, giving them flexibility across a broader range of procedures and anatomies.

The update adds to the company’s PEDD (Pressure-Enabled Drug Delivery) toolkit.

TLSI Technical Outlook: Key Support, Resistance And Momentum

From a longer-term trend view, TLSI is still holding a constructive structure: it’s trading above its 20-day, 50-day, 100-day, and 200-day moving averages, and the 50-day SMA remains above the 200-day SMA (the golden cross that occurred in September).

Momentum also looks like it’s trying to stabilize—MACD is above its signal line with a positive histogram, which typically means downside pressure is easing versus the prior downswing even if price is choppy day-to-day.

The near-term issue is location: with shares around $5.89, the stock is pressing into a tight decision zone just below the $6.00 round-number area, where failed breakouts can quickly turn into pullbacks.

  • Key Resistance: $6.00 — a round-number area that often acts as a near-term “line in the sand” for breakouts and failed rallies
  • Key Support: $4.50 — a nearby level that lines up as a prior buyer-defense zone if the current pullback extends

Zooming out, the 52-week range ($2.20 to $7.95) shows TLSI is still well off its May low, but also not far from levels where sellers showed up after the August swing high—so follow-through above $6.00 matters if bulls want to reassert the uptrend.

TriSalus Benzinga Edge Rankings: Momentum Signal

Below is the Benzinga Edge scorecard for TriSalus Life Sciences, highlighting its strengths and weaknesses compared to the broader market:

  • Momentum: Bullish (Score: 77.29) — The stock is screening as a stronger momentum name versus much of the market, even with today’s pullback.

The Verdict: TriSalus Life Sciences’ Benzinga Edge signal reveals a momentum-driven setup, where trend followers may focus on whether the stock can reclaim and hold key breakout levels.

With only momentum scored here, the chart levels ($6.00 resistance and $4.50 support) become even more important for managing risk around volatility.

TLSI Price Action: TriSalus Life Sciences shares were up 6.29% at $5.24 at the time of publication on Wednesday, according to Benzinga Pro data.
