12:03 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Finland and Ukraine entered into a drone deal on Wednesday for defense material cooperation, according to a same-day release. Finnish defense and technology company Patria Group said the enhanced defense and security cooperation deal aligns with its plan to produce drones in Finland alongside Ukrainian drone manufacturer Center of Unmanned Technologies, or General Cherry.
