12:34 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Akva Group (AKVA.OL) completed its planned intragroup merger with its underwater camera systems development unit, Submerged AS, following registration with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Norwegian aquaculture technology developer Akva is the surviving entity, according to a same-day release.
