Whilst it may not be a huge deal, we thought it was good to see that the Everyman Media Group plc (LON:EMAN) Interim Creative Director & Director, Charles Dorfman, recently bought UK£68k worth of stock, for UK£0.54 per share. However, it only increased their shares held by 1.6%, and it wasn't a huge purchase by absolute value, either.

Everyman Media Group Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

The Executive Director Adam Kaye made the biggest insider purchase in the last 12 months. That single transaction was for UK£490k worth of shares at a price of UK£0.25 each. Although we like to see insider buying, we note that this large purchase was at significantly below the recent price of UK£0.55. Because it occurred at a lower valuation, it doesn't tell us much about whether insiders might find today's price attractive.

Everyman Media Group insiders may have bought shares in the last year, but they didn't sell any. Their average price was about UK£0.28. It is certainly positive to see that insiders have invested their own money in the company. But we must note that the investments were made at well below today's share price. The chart below shows insider transactions (by companies and individuals) over the last year. If you want to know exactly who sold, for how much, and when, simply click on the graph below!
