01:14 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- InnoCare Pharma signed a research collaboration and license agreement with pharmaceutical giant Eli Lilly (LLY.SW, LLY.F) to develop new medicines. The biopharmaceutical company, which focuses on treating cancer and autoimmune diseases, will use its proprietary drug discovery platform and research capabilities to discover and advance compounds targeting up to five targets, according to a Thursday release. Under the agreement, InnoCare Pharma can receive up to $100 million in upfront and near-term payments, plus up to $3.25 billion in development and commercial milestones and single-digit tiered royalties based on annual net product sales.
