01:17 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AMG Critical Materials (AMG.AS) said Thursday it is pursuing a secondary listing of its shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The Dutch critical materials company will not issue or offer any new shares in connection with the secondary listing and will retain its primary listing on Euronext Amsterdam. The company's shares are expected to begin trading in Frankfurt on Sept. 30.
