01:48 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Al Kathiri Holding (SASE:3008) agreed to review SA'AF Capital's strategy and work towards boosting its capital allocation efficiency and improving its investment portfolio performance under a framework deal. Since the advisory services contract is a framework agreement with no fees or financial obligations, it has no financial value to the Saudi Arabia-listed holding company, according to a Thursday release. Al Kathiri will conduct a strategic assessment and diagnostic review of SA'AF Capital's business in the first phase of the 24-month deal. It will develop a business and capital allocation strategy in the second phase.
