04:24 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- RC Fornax (RCFX.L) secured a second 350,000 pound-sterling contract to provide project management office support to a UK government customer, according to a Thursday release. The contract covers an initial period of six months and can be extended for the same duration, subject to the company's performance and public sector resourcing budget allocation. The extension would generate revenue of 650,000 pounds to 700,000 pounds. RC Fornax added that an assessment of optimal funding structures is underway but excludes equity fundraising. The company does not expect additional funding for its core business, and any future funding for its unit, SME Procure, will be executed through the subsidiary directly.
