Dubbed Sunborn Modular Solutions, the unit will provide workforce accommodation for large-scale construction programs, including data center construction, in Finland and the wider Nordic region. The hotels and floating real estate developer will evaluate project-specific financing and partnership structures for the subsidiary as opportunities develop.
