07:04 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hafnia (HAFNI.OL) raised $300 million through a placement of 35,488,875 shares at 80 Norwegian kroner per share, according to a Thursday release. The tanker company plans to use the proceeds to strengthen its balance sheet, fund potential strategic opportunities, and for general corporate purposes. Fearnley Securities, Pareto Securities, Arctic Securities and Clarksons Securities served as joint bookrunners for the placement.
