07:56 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- XP Power (XPP.L) received $66.8 million after the associated funds and bonds were released from its litigation with Comet Technologies USA and affiliates, according to a Thursday filing. In July, the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit reversed a 2022 judgment and demanded a new trial for a case that involved trade secrets, the critical power control technology company said previously.
