Tessera Defense and Homeland Security Inc. (NYSE American: HLSQ) ("Tessera" or the "Company") today announced that it has been granted an option to acquire a majority interest in RT LTA Systems Ltd. ("RT"), an Israeli aerospace and security company that develops and manufactures persistent airborne surveillance and communications systems for military, homeland security and civilian applications.
