09:49 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Canadian Medical Center Co.'s (SASE:4021) board withdrew its recommendation to increase the company's share capital by way of issuing bonus shares. The Saudi Arabian medical group will reevaluate the proposed capital raise after the release of its 2026 annual financial report, according to a Thursday release. In August, Canadian Medical Center's board recommended issuing 1 bonus share for every 4 shares held to increase the capital by 19.3 million Saudi riyals.
