12:16 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Spie (SPIE.PA) decided to repurchase 280.1 million euros of the principal amount of convertible sustainability-linked bonds due 2028, according to a Thursday filing. The French multi-technical services company agreed to purchase 2,801 of the 2028 bonds following an offer to buy back the series. It will pay 138,487 euros for each, or a total consideration of 388 million euros, covering the principal amount and accrued but unpaid interest. Settlement of the buyback is expected by Oct. 1, 2026, subject to the anticipated settlement on Sept. 28, 2026, of the company's issuance of 500 million euros sustainability-linked notes due 2032. Spie said it will redeem the remaining outstanding 2028 bonds on Oct. 22, 2026, the early redemption date for the bonds.
