02:04 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sweden-listed construction group Skanska (SKA-B.ST) sold the second phase of its office development project H2Offices in Budapest, Hungary, to Erste Open-Ended Real Estate Investment Fund for 98 million euros. The building is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027 and transferred in the fourth quarter of the same year. Overall, the project will house three buildings with 67,000 square meters of total office space.
