02:14 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Oman & Emirates Investment Holding Co. (ADX:OEIHC) canceled its proposed acquisition of The Financial Corp, or FinCorp, according to a Thursday release. The Abu Dhabi-listed investment company decided to issue a nonbinding expression of interest to acquire FinCorp on Aug. 10. Oman & Emirates Investment holds a 51.2% controlling interest in FinCorp.
