02:40 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Grafton Group (GFTU.L) finalized its ninth share repurchase program worth 25 million pounds sterling on Thursday. The building materials manufacturer and distributor repurchased a total of 2.6 million shares, corresponding to 1.38% of its issued share capital, at an average price of 9.58 pounds apiece, according to a Friday release. The share repurchase program was launched in June.
