02:51 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- TotalEnergies' (TTE.PA, TTE.L) board will seek shareholders' approval for the mandate renewal of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Patrick Pouyanné. The energy company said Friday Pouyanné, who has been in the dual role since December 2015, will continue to lead its transformation. The unanimous proposal from the board will be voted on at the company's shareholders meeting in May 2027.
