03:24 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Brave Bison Group (BBSN.L) is progressing with its System1 Group (SYS1.L) takeover, with the bidder urging the latter's shareholders to accept the offer before Oct. 26. As of the Friday filing, media and marketing company Brave Bison said it has not received any valid acceptances from shareholders. However, it secured letters of intent to accept from shareholders with an 11.34% stake. With its existing shareholding, Brave Bison owns or is set to own 39.19% of System1's issued share capital.
