04:41 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Linjemontage i Grästorp (LMGAB.ST) commenced trading on Nasdaq Stockholm under the ticker LMGAB on Friday following an initial public offering of 14,311,620 existing shares at 46 kronor each. The Swedish pure-play engineering, procurement, and construction company achieved a valuation of 2.36 billion kronor, according to a same-day release. The offering includes an overallotment option for up to 2,146,743 additional shares, worth 98.8 million kronor, to be sold by Kalpataru Power Transmission Sweden. If fully exercised, the IPO will comprise up to 16,458,363 shares valued at 757.1 million kronor. Settlement is expected to take place on Sept. 29. ABG Sundal Collier is acting as the sole global coordinator and joint bookrunner alongside Pareto Securities.
