04:40 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Wallenstam (WALL-B.ST) will commence sales of the Brf Vida Årstaberg co-op apartment project in Stockholm, Sweden, at the end of 2026. The 25-story building comprises 122 co-op apartments, with expected occupancy after the summer of 2027, the Swedish property company said Friday.
