The asset was listed for sale via Colliers, according to a Friday release. The decision is part of the Danish IT and consulting company's continued focus on efficient capital allocation and directing resources toward its core business within software and data analytics. If the sale goes through, Dataproces would relocate its current activities from the property and expects to look for new office space in the Aalborg area, although no decision has been made yet.
