PETALING JAYA: TSH Resources Bhd's 90%-owned indirect subsidiary, PT Sarana Prima Multi Niaga (PT SPMN), has executed a letter of statement acknowledging an administrative fine of IDR184,347,000,000 (RM42mil) imposed by the Satuan Tugas Penertiban Kawasan Hutan (Forest Area Enforcement Task Force) of Indonesia.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, TSH did not state what the fine was for but stated PT SPMN will settle the administrative fine in four installments, the first being latest by Sept 25, 2026.

Published sources note PT SPMN operates about 7,114.14 hectares of oil palm plantations and a palm oil mill in Central Kalimantan, Indonesia. Its core business is cultivating oil palm, producing crude palm oil and palm kernel and supplying fresh fruit bunches from its estates.
