07:39 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The European Commission approved M&G (MNG.L) unit M&G Investment Management and Arini Capital Management's joint acquisition of Apollo Management's Reno de Medici. The European Union watchdog said Friday that the transaction, which relates to the manufacturing of cardboard products in Italy, is not expected to raise competition concerns as the companies do not operate in the same or related markets.
