08:10 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ZCCM Investments Holdings' (ZCC.L, MLZAM.PA) 35%-owned 100-megawatt alternating current Maamba photovoltaic project in Zambia entered its commissioning phase, injecting electricity into the country's grid for the first time. The $90 million project, which is 65%-owned by India-based Nava, will now progress through synchronization, testing, reliability and performance verification ahead of full commercial operation, the UK-listed mining investment company said Friday.
