08:13 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Orosur Mining's (OMI.L) private placement of units to raise CA$14 million was oversubscribed and fully allocated, according to a Friday filing. Under the placement, the minerals development company will issue 43,750,000 units at CA$0.32 each. It also granted the placement agent, Red Cloud Securities, an option to sell an additional 6,250,000 units, which could add CA$2 million to the proceeds. Each unit consists of one common share of the company and one-half of a share purchase warrant. Orosur plans to use the proceeds primarily for its Anzá exploration project in Colombia and general working capital.
