INLIF LIMITED (NASDAQ:INLF) shares are surging Friday morning as the China-based manufacturer of automated manipulator arms rallied on a strong turnaround in its first-half fiscal 2026 financial results, driven by margin expansion and the launch of its new intelligent equipment division.
A primary driver of the top-line beat was the introduction of the company’s intelligent equipment business. Targeting the new energy sector for capacity expansion and automation upgrades, the segment generated $3.36 million in revenue during the first half of the year, accounting for nearly 26% of total sales compared to zero contribution in the prior-year period.
Core sales of manipulator arms also remained steady, generating $4.97 million, a 13.74% year-over-year increase, supported by volume growth from both existing and newly acquired customers.
Bolstering the revenue expansion, INLIF demonstrated significant pricing power and cost efficiency, with gross profit surging 158.77% year-over-year to $4.65 million. Consequently, gross profit margins expanded to 35.95%, up from 17.5% in the first half of 2025.
While research and development expenses climbed 49.18% as the company more than doubled its R&D headcount to 72 employees to advance its industrial robotics pipeline, overall operating expenses declined by 8.73% due to the absence of one-time share-based compensation.
Following recent PIPE and At-the-Market offerings, the company ended the period with $45.47 million in cash and cash equivalents.
INLF Price Action: Inlif shares were trading 94.58% higher at $5.74 at the time of publication on Friday. The stock is trading near its 52-week low of $2.12, according to Benzinga Pro data.
