Daniel Management Group (DMG), a Chicago-based real estate firm focused on multifamily investment and management, announced an extension of our relationship with Hawthorne Management Services (HMS) in Mundelein, Illinois.

DMG is awarded Lakeside Village Apartments, a community with 144 newly renovated units. The development is located near Hawthorne Mall and one mile from the METRA station. “DMG and HMS have partnered successfully on properties in Mundelein since 2023,” said Roger Daniel, president and founder of Daniel Management Group. “We are looking forward to expanding our presence together and providing more options that maximize the natural beauty of Mundelein’s nearby parks and convenience to shopping, restaurants and Chicago.”  

Lakeside Village has spacious one- and two-bedroom units that include high-end finishes such as hardwood floors, granite countertops and espresso cabinets. DMG will rebrand the property, upgrade the clubhouse and outdoor areas, and oversee ongoing unit renovations.
