The Zhitong Finance App learned that Sanhuan Group (06951) fell nearly 5%. As of press release, it fell 4.85% to HK$123.6, with a turnover of HK$45.1686 million.

According to the news, on the evening of September 24, Huafeng Co., Ltd. announced that Huafeng International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, participated in the initial public offering of Sanhuan Group on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as an anchor investor on July 7, 2026, and was allotted 781,300 shares. Up to now, Huafeng International has sold 420,900 shares of Sanhuan Group shares through the secondary market; in order to further optimize the asset structure, Huafeng International plans to take the opportunity to dispose of no more than 364,400 shares of Sanhuan Group shares through the secondary market. This move means that Huafeng International will clear all H shares of the Sanhuan Group.

It is worth noting that Huafeng Co., Ltd.'s current holdings reduction comes at a time when Sanhuan Group's H share price is in the high range since listing. Sanhuan Group officially listed on Hong Kong stocks in July this year, with an issue price of HK$100.3 per share. After listing, its H share price rose rapidly, driven by the continued rise in the MLCC industry's boom. On September 21, Sanhuan Group's H shares hit HK$152.7 per share intraday, a new high since listing.
