11:58 PM EDT, 09/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hutchmed (China) (HCM.L) began a first-in-human, multicenter phase Ia clinical study of HMPL-A830, a KRAS-EGFR antibody-targeted therapy conjugate. The biopharmaceutical company aims to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and preliminary efficacy of HMPL-A830 in patients with unresectable, advanced or metastatic solid tumors, according to a Monday release. The first patient was dosed in China on Sept. 24. Hutchmed granted a GSK (GSK.L) subsidiary global development and commercialization rights, excluding Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, to HMPL-A830 in early September.
