Samsung Electronics said on Monday that it will expand its artificial intelligence subscription service by providing more personalized options tailored to individual customers. The South Korean tech giant said the service was launched two years ago and has accumulated sales close to 1 trillion won in addition to mobile products. Im Sung-taek, executive vice president in charge of the Korean sales team, told reporters: “Thanks to the love and support of our customers, our 'Blue Pass' Samsung AI subscription service had sales approaching 1 trillion won just one year after launch.” The focus of this service upgrade is to enhance personalized customer service. Samsung has added two new options to its “Blue Pass” service, which offers a full range of expert support from product installation to after-sales service. Based on the growth trend of the service, Samsung said it plans to further expand subscription options according to the customer's life stage, product management needs and budget. According to Samsung statistics, 94.8% of South Korean consumers used subscription services this year. Each person subscribed to 5.5 services, and the average monthly subscription cost was 41,853 won.
