02:29 AM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Private equity company Siris Capital Group agreed to acquire Active Ownership's 19.1% stake in Agfa-Gevaert (AGFB.BR), the Belgium-listed printer IT company said Monday, confirming earlier reports. The transaction remains subject to the closing of the previously announced merger of Agfa-Gevaert's digital printing solutions business with Electronics for Imaging, a Siris portfolio company. The terms of the deal remain undisclosed. The proposed combination requires regulatory clearances.
