02:56 AM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CVC Capital Partners' (CVC.AS) CVC Advisers said Monday that it will not pursue a formal offer for thermal processing and heat treatment specialist Bodycote (BOY.L). The private equity and investment advisory firm clarified its plan following the announcement on Sept. 1 of the recommended firm intention from Vulcan Alpha Bidco to submit an offer for Bodycote.
