02:58 AM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Investment AB Latour (LATO-B.ST) agreed to acquire Bolt and Nut Manufacturing Ltd, a UK-based specialty bolts and non-standard fasteners manufacturer, to strengthen its Nord-Lock Group unit. The Sweden-listed industrial investment company said Monday it will also purchase the remaining 25% stake in British critical fasteners manufacturer Energy Bolting in connection with the Bolt and Nut deal. Closing is expected in the fourth quarter.
