03:30 AM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Thames Bidco, a company controlled by funds managed or advised by Main Capital Partners, increased its proposed takeover offer for Tribal Group (TRB.L). Thames Bidco will now acquire the education-related software and services group for 231.2 million pounds sterling in cash, up from the previously agreed 189.3 million pounds, according to a Monday release. Tribal Group shareholders are expected to vote on the revised offer at a general meeting scheduled for Oct. 2.
