08:01 AM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Fasadgruppen Group (FG.ST) mandated Nordea Bank for its potential issue of four-year senior secured bonds worth 1.25 billion kronor. The Swedish property developer will use the proceeds to refinance portions of its existing credit facility, as well as for general corporate purposes, it said Monday. Subject to completion of the bond issue, Fasadgruppen intends to enter into a 900 million-krona revolving credit facility to refinance the remaining portion of its existing credit facility.
