01:34 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- YIT (YIT.HE) began the construction of three residential projects that have a total value of 23 million euros, according to a Tuesday release. The first project, Matau Kauna 5, is based in Kaunas, Lithuania, and will feature 40 apartment units. Nurme 2 and 4, meanwhile, will be located in Tallinn, Estonia, and will have 36 apartments. The last Latvia-based project, Kaivas kvartāls 3, will feature 72 apartments. The Finnish contractor started the projects between July and September.
