02:15 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Per Aarsleff's (PAAL-B.CO) technical contracting unit, Wicotec Kirkebjerg, signed an agreement to acquire West Zealand-based company Rent-Tech and its subsidiaries. The Danish civil engineering and construction company said Tuesday it will acquire 100% of Rent-Tech, its subsidiaries Multi-Tech and Asger G. Jørgensen, as well as 50.5% of El-Centret Højby. The total purchase price is a maximum of 597.5 million Danish kroner on a cash- and debt-free basis, consisting of a cash payment and a performance-based contingent consideration.
