02:44 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The UK Takeover Panel Executive ruled that Waterland Private Equity Investments must by Oct. 13 either announce a firm intention to make an offer for Gamma Communications (GAMA.L) or say it does not intend to make an offer. Meanwhile, Gamma shareholders are scheduled to vote on Epiris' recommended cash offer for the communications services provider on Oct. 20, according to a Tuesday release. Gamma and Epiris agreed to the terms of a takeover on Sept. 1. The deadline will cease to apply if another party, other than Waterland, announces a firm intention to make an offer for Gamma before then.
