05:12 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Helios Underwriting (HUW.L) launched an offer to redeem some of its shares for a total consideration of up to 7.2 million pounds sterling. The London-listed limited liability direct investment provider on the Lloyd's insurance market is offering to pay 2.69 pounds in cash for every share, according to a Tuesday filing. The plan is subject to the approval of shareholders at a general meeting scheduled for Oct. 26.
