05:17 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Swedish Logistic Property (SLP-B.ST), d/b/a SLP, bought the Stenåldern 5 property in Malmö, Sweden, for an agreed property value of 73 million kronor. The property, with a lettable area of 4,200 square meters, was acquired through a corporate transaction, according to a Tuesday release. It is also fully leased to two tenants and carries an annual rental value of 5.3 million kronor. The Swedish property company initially funded the purchase through existing funds.
