05:27 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Robit (ROBIT.HE) plans to reduce up to eight roles in its global workforce as part of a change program aimed at improving operational efficiency and supporting long-term profitability. The rock and ground drilling consumables manufacturer and its Robit Finland subsidiary will begin change negotiations that could result in changes to employee duties and redundancies for production-related and financial reasons, according to a Tuesday release. While up to three permanent roles in Finland will be removed, the company said production workers will not be affected.
