05:27 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Niox Group (NIOX.L) will initiate a tender offer for up to 12.5 million pounds sterling, or 3.7% of its issued share capital, according to a Tuesday filing. The medical device company will buy up to 15,625,000 shares at 0.80 pound apiece under the offer, which starts on Wednesday and closes on Oct. 20. Singer Capital Markets Securities will carry out the transactions, and all repurchased shares will be canceled. Completion of the offer is subject to shareholder approval at the company's general meeting on Oct. 21.
