Hyperscale Data, Inc. (NYSE:GPUS), an artificial intelligence ("AI") data center company anchored by Bitcoin ("Hyperscale Data" or the "Company"), today announced that, as of September 27, 2026, it held 219.0652 Bitcoin representing an aggregate value of approximately $18.5 million based on the Bitcoin closing price of $84,458. Additionally, the Company held approximately $37.5 million in cash and restricted cash.

Based upon the closing price of the Company's common stock on September 28, 2026, the $56 million in Bitcoin, cash and restricted cash represented approximately 153% of the current market capitalization of the Company.
