According to the strategic cooperation agreement, the two sides will establish a normalized technical exchange mechanism and jointly carry out research and development of high-performance magnetic materials such as NdFeB, polymagnetic rings, radiation magnetic rings, etc., and develop high-performance magnetic products suitable for direct drive motors in line with upstream rare earth resources and the technical requirements of motor application scenarios. The two sides will focus on core requirements such as magnetic material performance optimization, motor miniaturization, and high torque output to promote the application of direct drive power modules in markets such as embedded robots, smart household equipment, industrial automation, and high-end medical equipment.
At the industrial chain level, the two sides collaborated to open up a domestic industrial chain from new rare earth materials to robot power components to achieve upstream and downstream value co-creation. At the same time, it is actively exploring industry-finance integration models such as equity investment and industrial funds, empowering high-quality projects for magnetic materials and direct drive motors, and promoting joint training and technical iteration of field professionals.
This cooperation will rely on the respective industrial endowments of the two sides, promote deep coupling between new rare earth materials and robot terminal applications, complement the collaborative innovation chain between key materials and core components, and jointly promote the autonomous, controllable and high-quality development of key links in China's robot industry.
