U.S. stock futures were mixed this morning, with the Dow futures falling around 0.1% on Tuesday.

Shares of Vail Resorts Inc (NYSE:MTN) fell sharply in pre-market trading as the company reported mixed results for the fourth quarter.

The company posted quarterly losses of $5.34 per share, which missed the analyst consensus estimate of losses of $5.23 per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $278.068 million, which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $271.626 million.

Vail Resorts shares dipped around 2% to $135.55 in pre-market trading.

• UWM Holdings Corporation (NYSE:UWMC) dropped 3.2% to $1.21 in pre-market trading.
• Inventiva S.A. (NASDAQ:IVA) declined 3.1% to $3.42 in pre-market trading. Inventiva recently posted downbeat H1 results.
• XPeng Inc. (NYSE:XPEV) fell 2.9% to $9.66 in pre-market trading.
• NIO Inc. (NYSE:NIO) fell 2.8% to $3.48 in pre-market trading.
