(NASDAQ: CYCU) ("Cycurion" or the "Company") today announced that it has resolved the previously disclosed John Doe defamation action in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. The defendant, who published under anonymous aliases, has admitted the accusations were false and has signed a retraction and personal apology.
