Management Commentary

Uranium Energy became a multi-mine uranium producer in fiscal 2026. It expanded from one Wyoming mine to two mines across two states. A third mine at Ludeman grew its operating team to more than 250 employees and doubled drilling capacity.

According to UEC President and CEO Amir Adnani, the unhedged sales strategy delivered a weighted average realized price of $93.13 per pound. UEC continues to hold most of its inventory as the uranium market tightens.

Adnani added that rising government demand for unobligated U.S.-origin uranium and conversion underscores the need for domestic supply and infrastructure.

UEC enters fiscal 2027 debt-free with a strong balance sheet and funding capacity for continued growth.

UEC Stock Price Activity: Uranium Energy shares were up 0.60% at $9.26 at the time of publication Tuesday.
