MongoDB Board Authorizes Additional $1B In Share Repurchases, Total Now $2B

On September 25, 2026, the Company’s Board of Directors authorized an additional $1.0 billion in repurchases under the Company’s existing share repurchase program, bringing the aggregate authorized repurchase amount to $2.0 billion, of which $1,353,700,000 remains available for future repurchases as of the date of this filing. Repurchases of the Company's common stock may be made from time to time, either through open market transactions or in privately negotiated transactions. The timing of the repurchases will depend on certain factors, including but not limited to, market conditions and prices and management’s discretion. The repurchases may be suspended, terminated or modified at any time for any reason, including market conditions, the cost of repurchasing shares, the availability of alternative investment opportunities, liquidity, and other factors deemed appropriate. These factors may also affect the timing and amount of share repurchases. The Company is not obligated to purchase any dollar amount or particular number of shares.
